This has been my favorite pasta dish since I discovered this recipe several months ago. I love Alfredo sauce and chicken; it's the ultimate comfort food! I've made this dish quite a few times and every single person that tries it falls in love. This is the perfect dish to make for having a big group or a few couples over. (The guys especially love this <3). It's not exactly a healthy dish so I recommend pairing it with a salad for your lady friends watching their weight!
1 (16-ounce) package penne or elbow macaroni1 1/2 (15-ounce) containers Alfredo sauce
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese
2 garlic clove, minced
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Directions:Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot. Stir together all ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
