The Butterfly Lid

This look is very forward for the everyday girl. I suggest wearing this look mostly at night, on the weekends. If you just want to test the waters with this one, stick to shades you are most comfortable wearing. For example: I have green eyes and tend to wear golds and browns. Purple is a great color to pair with green eyes because of the POP factor. So I would try adding some purple in with my usual neutrals to test it out.

Yes to wear this with a sleek, slicked back ponytail, Kardashian style of course! This is a more subtle take on what we've been seeing on the runway. Make it more personal with your own favorite eye shadow colors!

Great colors every girl can wear.

Let me know how you guys feel about this bold look, and where you plan on wearing this "look at me" style!

Dalmatian Print

So, I got these crazy pants a few weeks ago and I seriously wear them all the time! You'd be surprised how many different ways you can style these pants and how many different styles you can sport with these as well.

It's kind of hard to tell in the pics how my fishtail braid is done. After I finished my messy ponytail, I then wrapped hair twice around my elastic and secured with a bobby pin. I braided my hair and secured the end with a clear rubber band. After that I pulled the braid apart gently. *This part you can customize how messy you like your hair. As you will see, my style is a little more put together.*

Fall Hair Trends: The Ponytail

This season we are seeing a lot of quick and easy looks. I'm all about that! My favorite is this sleek but edgy pulled back look. I call this the "Kardashian ponytail".  I'm obsessed with them (so sad this season of KUWTK just ended)! I love all their hairstyles, makeup applications, and fab style!! I'd dress like them too if I were 5'2 and a DD cup. Haha. But let's be real, I'm a regular girl with a regular life. So I occasionally pull off their gorgeously styled locks... and then I get baby spit up on me. Haha.

Perfect Ponytails

Can we just take a second and admire this girl's beauty? Wow!

...and this makeup, too!

Where would you guys wear this look and how would you style your outfit to match?!

For the Pout

Fall is upon us and the first thing I think of when it comes to makeup is changing my lipstick. Summer is great  since it's so casual we can just wear chapstick during the day and a pink or coral lip at night. Fall is when you can go big or go home! I love the bold, dramatic shades that fall brings us.

Bordeaux Lips

Raw Lipstick

My makeup artist at MAC was telling me the best way to do my lips this season was "raw". Matte lipstick is the thing. No liner or gloss just the stick. Easy and less perfect than previous seasons. *Careful not to make it look like you've just been locking lips!*

As always, the Red Lip

My current fave lipstick is MAC's "So Chaud" an orange-y red.

Outfit Post: Aqua Dress and Milkmaid Braids

Anyone who knows me knows how much I love wearing dresses! If I could, I'd wear a dress everyday. They are beautiful, easy and effortless. However, since I am breastfeeding they are not practical! So I obvious only wear they a few hours during the day. Haha. It's so worth it, though!!

This was my first time doing the milkmaid braids. I have such long, wild hair that I usually feel most comfortable wearing it BIG! Needless to say this was very different for me, but I really loved it. I will definitely be doing this style again!

The Start

Hey dolls! I'm so very excited to be starting this blog! Ever since I was BORN I have been into beauty and fashion. Haha. I've always been a girly girl and have 23 years of experience being one! When I was a little girl I did my own hair and nails and would dress my Barbies. I started wearing makeup when I was 12 and starting highlighting hair at 14. I went to cosmetology school when I was 17. After that, I worked at the most prestigious salon in Arizona for almost 4 years. I started modeling for FORD/Robert Black in Scottsdale, Arizona at 18 years old. Now I am a housewife and stay at home mama to my 10 month old, baby Gram.

I chose "The Porcelain Doll" because it was a nickname my mom gave me when I was little. I have very fair skin and naturally red lips, so when I'd complain my mom would just tell me I looked like a porcelain doll!

I will post my personal views on fashion, hair, nails and makeup trends. My outfits of the day will be posted too, along with a few of my favorite recipes, mostly desserts! What girl doesn't have a sweet tooth... or two?! Feel free to ask me any questions about what I post or what you would like me to post. Thanks, gals!
